Isolated femoral neuropathy is relatively uncommon. This can be occurred with abdominal incisions, vaginal procedure, difficult vaginal delivery, ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysms, hemorrhage in the iliopsoas muscle caused by anticoagulation, iliacus abscess, or solitary neurofibroma. The most frequent entrapment site was around the inguinal ligament. We report a rare case of femoral neuropathy compressed by malignant fibrous histocytomal in the retroperitoneal cavity. |
