After publication of the article, we found one phrase was published incorrectly. The period of time after stroke onset should be changed to:

On page 4, right column, line 16, replace “6 months” with “5 years.”

The corrected sentence is:

The prevalence of post-stroke depression was 34.2% at 5 years post-stroke
