One patient, who is described in detail. developed left ulnar neuropathy following prolonged bicycle riding, agjacent to the ulnar canal of Guyon at the wrist. A modification of handgrip and use of U-bar on the bicycle handlebars resulted in rapid recovery in the subjective symptoms of patient.
