It is obvious that the determination of the standard values about H reflex in healthy Koreans as a diagnostic tool is important to further study of H reflex in Korea.

The present study has been undertaken to determine the normal range of the latency of the H reflex and H/M ratio in Healthy Koreans.

Twenty-nine healthy subjects(twenty-one male and eight female) were examined. Their age ranged from 10 to 60 in years.

The results obtained as follows:

1. In H reflex latency, mean value was 28.53±1.21(27.32~29.74)msec.

2. In H/M ratio, mean value was 19.4±9.2(10.2~28.6)%.
